After the family has had an opportunity to go through the personal property they would like to keep, we will inventory, organize, and sell all remaining property. 

Have multiple properties that need to be cleared out and inventoried. We've got you covered. Our professionals will go in and inventory, clean, and schedule the transfer/move of all personal property to the appropriate party. *This is usually done with property being kept by the family.

After the family has removed the items they would like to keep and after the estate sale Your Castle Matters will go in and liquidate (remove) all remaining property so the property can be sold and storage unit cleared..

Need a full inventory of all personal and real property for the court? We will take the time to give you a full and accurate account. *Usually done in tandem with another service(s).

Have vehicles that need to be sold or shipped? Our coordinators will order and oversee the process so you don't have to. 

Most Estate property is vacant. Our coordinators will ensure the home is regularly monitored and maintained. This service includes the coordination of lawn maintenance, house cleaning, pest control, mail retrieval, etc. 

Coordination, hiring, and oversight of all contractors needed to get the real property ready for sale. This can include but is not limited to cleaners, minor repair professionals, electricians, plumbers, roofers, etc.  We will seek out the best and most affordable contractor options.
